Finally a picture!

So the bear that we've all been seeing here and there this summer was finally captured with a camera trying to stay cool in yesterday's heat! This little guy was making a racket in the woods next to one of the neighbors homes. At some point he lay down in the grass and tried to cool off, when this picture was snapped by our neighbor. For those of you not 'bear wise' this is a black bear- fairly young. So far, he hasn't caused any problems and our neighbors are being very diligent to not leave out garbage, bird feeders and other attractants. Isn't he awesome?
