Trillium- signs of spring

I spent the day yesterday working on a service project with work- deep in the forest understudy.  As always I'm blown away by the details that keep this ecosystem so beautiful and pure.  Despite our late snows, the trillium came up blooming in spectacular, large flowers and the sword ferns are unrolling new shoots.  Such a spectacular sight!
