I've perfected BBQ RIBS!

Yessssssss!  After years of trying to make fall-off-the-bone good BBQ Baby Back Ribs, I've finally done it!  Who knew the answer was as easy as a crock pot?  The great thing about this recipe is that it's easy and quick for those who want dinner in a hurry.  Slide it all in the crock pot before work and come home a quick fix.  I'm so excited about how they came out that I had to share the method.  As always... if you try it- be sure to let me know how it went!

BBQ BABY BACKS:
1 (3-4lbs) rack of baby back ribs
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
4 cups BBQ Sauce
Water

1.)  Cut ribs to serving sizes (4-6 ribs each)
2.)  Brush ribs with olive oil and generous amounts of salt and pepper.
3.)  Broil ribs for 15 minutes on each side until seared.
4.)  Place ribs in crockpot and fill with water to the top of the ribs.
5.)  Mix 1 cup of bbq sauce in with the water for simmering flavor
6.)  Cook on Low for 6 hours.
7.)  Drain Water out of crockpot
8.) Add remaining 3 cups of BBQ sauce to ribs. (I make homeade BBQ as I find it more tasty than store-bought.  Either one works)
9.) Turn crockpot on high and let sauce simmer on ribs for about 30 min-1 hour.
10.)  Serve and enjoy!
Use a flipper for serving as the bones will literally fall off, during scoop up.
