I stood beside the water

watched it bouncing down the sides

I wondered what deep secret 

In waterfall resides.

Have you come from moraine above?

Or simply sprouted from the ground?

It plainly wouldn’t tell me, 

Just shouted water sound.

I watched patiently that day 

Admired strength and power

In each creature nature brought me

On each insect on each flower.
